As the two core categories in the field of plastic pipes, PP pipes and PE pipes have occupied significant market shares due to their respective unique performance advantages. The newly launched type of PP pipe adopts the β crystal nucleating agent modification technology, increasing the heat distortion temperature from the traditional 100℃ to 140℃, and maintaining a long-term use temperature of 120℃. It also exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to strong acid and alkali media such as sulfuric acid (≤60%) and sodium hydroxide (≤10%), with a corrosion rate lower than 0.1mm/year, fully meeting the FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 food contact safety standards, and is widely applicable for high-temperature industrial fluid transportation and food processing fields. The new PE pipe, through the nano montmorillonite modification process, increases the flame retardant LOI value from 19% to 28%, further enhancing its flexibility, with a bending radius of up to 3 times the pipe diameter. It can maintain good elasticity even at -40℃ low-temperature environment, completely solving the industry pain point of traditional pipes' brittle cracking at low temperatures, and becoming an ideal choice for low-temperature scenarios such as refrigerated storage.
